Are the tests free?
It is free and there is no account to make. You give your name, email and date of birth so your result card carries your name, and so we can see your result with your job application if you apply to BlackRevo with the same email.
What is the difference between MBTI and DISC?
The MBTI test describes how you prefer to think and recharge, as a four-letter type out of 16. The DISC test describes how you tend to act at work: how you take on problems, people, pace and rules.
Is this the official MBTI® or DiSC® test?
No. It is the BlackRevo Personality Profile, a short questionnaire written by BlackRevo. It is not the official MBTI® or DiSC® assessment, which are paid tests from their publishers.
Does my result affect a job application?
Your result helps you and us understand how you like to work. It does not decide whether you get a job at BlackRevo.
