Is the MBTI test free?
It is free and there is no account to make. You give your name, email and date of birth so your result card carries your name, and so we can see your result with your job application if you apply to BlackRevo with the same email.
How long does the MBTI test take?
About 5 minutes for 40 statements. Your answers are kept in this browser as you go, so a reload does not lose them.
What do the four letters mean?
Each letter is one side of a preference pair: E or I (where you get your energy), S or N (what you notice first), T or F (how you decide), J or P (how you like to plan). No type is better than another.
Is this the official MBTI® assessment?
No. It is the BlackRevo Personality Profile, a short questionnaire written by BlackRevo. It is not the official MBTI® or DiSC® assessment, which are paid tests from their publishers.
Does my result affect a job application?
Your result helps you and us understand how you like to work. It does not decide whether you get a job at BlackRevo.
