Is the DISC test free?
It is free and there is no account to make. You give your name, email and date of birth so your result card carries your name, and so we can see your result with your job application if you apply to BlackRevo with the same email.
What do D, I, S and C stand for?
Dominance (taking on problems and results), Influence (people and persuasion), Steadiness (pace, patience and support) and Conscientiousness (accuracy, quality and rules). Everyone has all four; the test shows which lead.
